Thank you for choosing Wheel Nation Gold Coast for your wheel, tyre, and suspension needs. We are committed to offering the highest quality products backed by exceptional customer service. This Returns Policy outlines the terms under which you may return purchased products.

14-Day Return Window for Wheels

We offer a 14-day returns policy for wheels that have not been fitted to any vehicle. To initiate a return within this 14-day period, please contact our Customer Service team to receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).

Conditions for Return:

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will be unable to accept your return request.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for ‘change of mind’. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned item.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, with all components included.

Custom-made, customised, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective or otherwise required by Australian law.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All original packaging and included accessories must be intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be ineligible for a refund.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All wheels are subject to their respective manufacturer’s warranty terms. Should you experience a fault covered under warranty, please contact us for further instructions on how to proceed.

Fitment Guarantee

We pride ourselves on our “Fitment Guarantee”, which ensures that we will send you wheels that fit your specified vehicle correctly and safely, provided you supply us with the correct vehicle details: MAKE / MODEL / YEAR. If we ship the incorrect wheels due to our error, we will return and re-ship the correct wheels at our expense.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return shipping must be via a trackable method to ensure the safety of the product during transit.

You are responsible for ensuring that the product is returned safely to our warehouse.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred during return shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

A 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned item.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Tyres that have been fitted to a vehicle.
  • Customised or special order items.
  • Suspension components that have been installed.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
  • Securely package the item(s), including all original accessories and proof of purchase.
  • Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the return address provided by our Customer Service team.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed, minus the 20% restocking fee, and applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

We do not ship internationally; our returns policy applies only to orders shipped within mainland Australia.

Amendments

Wheel Nation Gold Coast reserves the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this website.
